Everything was good, the parking was on site, the room was beautiful. The staff was very amiable and amicable in any situation. The location was convenient and exceptionally nice, around 10-15 minutes walk from Pont du Diable Bridge.

The food was excellent and the staff were nice. Thoroughly enjoyed central heating and a multi-channel TV in the room. The location was good and marvellous - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go...

Amazing views and hearty breakfasts
Waking up to the panorama of the Mont Blanc massif was surreal. Breakfast offered hearty options, including local specialties, fueling us for the day's skiing or hiking adventures.
The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, occasionally dropping out when we needed it most. It would be beneficial for the hotel to improve connectivity on working vacations.

Our stay lasted 4 nights, and we were really surprised by the excellent breakfast that had everything you could ever want! The picnic lunch provided was a great bonus, and the very nice mountain views from our room were just nice. The large, comfy beds.
The spa could use a bit of maintenance.

The location was fantastic with a short 5-minute walk to the gondola. the newly renovated hotel had a fresh and modern look. the staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff, were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. the hotel organized a fantastic feast for New Year's, which was delicious and well-presented. the hotel also offered the option to take breakfast for packed lunches, providing sandwich bags and salad bowls.
Felt cozy, no complaints.
